The Sampoll team was formally accepted into the exclusive Food Foundry accelerator program and is 1 of 5 companies accepted into cohort 3, making the cut out of hundreds of other applicants. The program includes a significant equity investment, a year of office space, and over $200K worth of additional benefits. The Food Foundry is a Chicago-based growth accelerator program by Relish Works built in partnership with Gordon Food Service and 1871. The Food Foundry supports, connects, and propels innovative startups who are reimagining the food industry. 

With regard to strategic partnerships, the ink has now dried on an exciting partnership with Halla.io. Halla is a Taste intelligence platform that integrates with grocers both in-store and online to provide personalized recommendations for shoppers in real-time. An upcoming whitepaper will detail the value of this partnership in depth. 

And finally the introduction of Sampoll’s AI-powered Conversational assistant and experience liaison “Sam.” Sampoll’s new technology allows customers to experience new brands, sample products, and get proactively rewarded for discovering and sampling.

The ongoing pandemic enabled the Sampoll team to double down on an already aggressive product roadmap along with a new brand message and tone for their audiences that seeks to unify and better convey the value of Sampoll’s unique 1-2 punch.
